At essb llc, we want you and your child to have a seamless learning experience with our educational toys. If anything isn’t perfect, here’s how we make it right:
Eligible for Returns/Refunds:
We accept returns if:
– The wrong item was delivered.
– The product is damaged, defective, or not working.
– The item doesn’t match the description/images on our website.
Non-Returnable Items:
– Toys that have been opened, used, or assembled (unless defective).
– Downloadable digital content (e-books, printable worksheets).
– Personalized/custom-made educational toys.
– Items purchased during a sale (unless defective).
Return Timeframe:
– 7 days from delivery for standard returns.
– 48 hours to report damaged/defective items (with photo/video proof).
How to Initiate a Return?
1. Email us at info@essbllc.com with:
– Your order number.
– Photos/videos of the issue (if damaged/wrong item).
2. We’ll verify & email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Return Options:
– Free Pickup (we arrange a pickup for approved returns).
– Self-Ship (you ship it back; we refund shipping costs if it’s our error).
Refund Process:
– For COD Orders: Refund via bank transfer, UPI, or store credit (no cash refunds).
– For Prepaid Orders:Â Refund to the original payment method.
– Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive the return.
Exchange Policy:
– Free replacement for damaged/wrong items.
– Customer covers shipping for size/color exchanges (unless our mistake).
Important Notes:
– Items must be unused, in original packaging (with tags/manuals).
– No refunds if delivery is refused without valid reason.
– Misuse of returns may result in account restrictions.
